When you place an order, we strive to deliver your products in perfect condition within the scheduled timeframe. Occasionally, some products may be unavailable, in which case we will notify you. Your order will include an invoice listing all received and billed items. If anything is missing, please inform us. Please note that product information on our website or in advertisements is provided for convenience and may not be accurate.

Shipping Policy:

Customers must place their orders on the website before 6 pm for delivery within 24-72 hours in Kolkata. Orders placed after 6 pm will be processed the next day and delivered within 24-72 hours from that time. Orders under Rs. 500 may incur shipping charges based on the Pin Code. Orders above Rs. 500 qualify for free shipping.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it to receive a 100% refund.

Privacy Policy:

We adhere to accepted standards for collecting, storing, and protecting personal data, including encryption. Personal data is retained as long as necessary to provide the requested services and for subsequent legal and business purposes.

Return Policy:

We do not accept returns on any products, including farm-fresh vegetables and fruits, unless the delivered product is damaged or leaked. To ensure return eligibility, there must be evident damage with sufficient photographic proof (e.g., a photo of a wet sealed container for a leaking oil pouch). A Rs. 60 shipping charge will be deducted from the return of items.
